They were also both after year layoffs too. But I feel what you are saying, but I still thinks he has it. If he looses its time for him to go simple as that :good

The Old "Codgers" always have a good chance in 12 round fights.

Just need to win 6 rounds and get a break somewhere else. (Low blow, a cut eye where your opponent has to take a round off, etc.)

Roy is the same size as JoeCal, as fast, and hits as hard.

So, it basically comes down to has the greater will to win.

He has a chance, but a slim one. Sucks Calzaghe is so much hyped up, yet he decides to fight a shot fighter in Roy instead of some talent like Pavlik or so. Yet he has more fans on this website instead of those fighters that deserve fans.

I'll be rooting for Roy, but I don't really expect him to win.

People tend to forget, Calzaghe is 37 soonish.. he's no spring chicken, I don't know why people think age isn't an issue for him compared to B-Hop or RJJ.

Jones is a figher who rellied upon superuman speed about to fight a guy who is faster.

Jones is a fighter who likes to control the pace of a fight who is about to go in with a world class pressure fighter.

Jones needs a KO and can't get one.

I don't think he can win. I would love him to prove me wrong.

Joe is the underdog in this one. I would say that Roy is currently the most underrated fighter in boxing.
