The answer currently is no. Golota is out, though, and McCline is considered the favorite. It's not for certain that there will actually be a fight.
Now the question for me becomes... Do they televise Golota-McBride? Or am I simply going to purchase MAB-Pac II without bothering to tune-in on Showtime? :smoke
I can't tell you for sure, but it isn't looking good. It wasn't originally going to be televised before all of the injuries. Update: They were only going to show the main event before so I seriously doubt that has changed.
**** Showtime! Even if they did air the Golota bout, they are morons for scheduling this the same day as MAB-Pac II. Not televising the Golota fights exposes them for being even bigger morons. :smoke
McCline is the choice, Peter, Showtime & the WBC approved him. Kali Meehan is now stepping into the fight vs. DaVarryl Williamson, so the undercard is still decent, though Showtime is only televising the main event.
I hear ya. And showtime has taken major ****in hits lately, of the 5 bouts cancelled/delayed, 4 of those have been showtime cards. Only the JMM card was HBO.
