Does Schmeling's cracked vertebrae diminish Louis's victory over him?

I don't know if it was un-purpose, but it was a foul. So yes a warning is fair in both cases.

I see your not talking about the low blow by Louis when he was fading out. Rather predictable of you.

Louis sent one of his cornermen to Schmeling after he lost to him, apologising for hitting him low, he said he wasn't really there after the first few right handers landed on him.

Well I've had no urgent summons to discuss the results of my X Ray and blood test so I'm taking that as a positive sign .Got to ring them this week.
    Thanks for asking.

Ok. So most here seem to agree with me that what normally would be a foul isn't necessarily a foul if the opponent by adopting an illegal posture is making it harder to hit him in legal areas?

Louis was on fire that night. Max would have been taken out early cracked vertebrae or not.
