    The german judges are notorious for their appreciation of traditional upright boxing and don't favour aggression. Can Sergio fight his fight without being unfairly penalised by the ref?

    For my money Martinez would win in an ugly fight.

    He would never get this fight.

    If he did, it wouldn't be dirty. The only good thing you can say about Sturm is that he never fights dirty.

    Martinez would comprehensively beat him. So much so, there won’t even be a chance to rob him. The rounds won’t even be close.

    I think people are missing the "in Germany part" so Martinez would ko him but get a draw or DQ'd for doing so.

    Martinez hasn't fought a full blown middleweight who wasn't a drunk, Sturm would be too big for him.

    BTW, there wouldn't be any German judges if it was a title fight

    Right, they will get a Dane, a Finn and anyone else they can buy, look at the disparity in the recent Geale v Sylvester tilt, Scot judge 118- 110 Geale ,English judge 118-112 Geale , Danish judge 118-110 Sylvester!
