    I agree with what your saying about Floyd and Tank, but when comparing Floyd to Loma, Money has a whole career to look back on. It’ll be many years before any comparison between Floyd and Loma is fair and balanced.

    Even Rigondeaux who is much more talented than Gervonta Davis, who had more amateur fights than Lomachenko, who turned pro later than Loma, didn't fight a guy like Salido in his second pro fight, but a noname entry level bum. Yet we are supposed to believe that mental midget Davis would beat Salido in his second pro fight? LMFAO. List the boxers who beat a former world champion like Salcheato in their SECOND pro fight. I'm waiting, genius.

    Davis was 18 in his second pro fight! He's 23 now. You think a 23 year old Loma could beat a 23 year old Davis? You think if Davis stayed in the AM for another 8 years and fought Salido in his second pro fight at 25-26 he could him? You think with another 3 years of pro experience, Davis at 26 could beat a 26 year old Loma? There are stages in a fighters careers and through those stages, experience is developed. A 23 year old Davis beats the Salido that a 26 year old Loma lost to. Could Loma in his second pro fight beat the Davis that fought last Saturday?.

    So to answer your question, no, Davis would have lost in his second pro fight against the Salido that beat Loma.

    @Boxed Ears

    See, this is exactly what I'm talking about. The General used to be a place where true Boxing fans came to discuss the artistry of the Sweet Science. Now it's just a looney bin with the loons being in charge...

    True boxing fans? You mean back in the day when there were hundreds of little girls like you fawning over mayweather every day on dozens of threads?

    You're nothing but a fake ass poser....

    Stages you say....I agree for most fighters, but then you get the exceptional. I believe Loma to be exceptional. I think once the careers of both Loma & Tank are finished and the dust has settled we will view Tank as a great boxer but Loma as an exceptional one.

    One of my favourite fighters wasn't subject to boxing stages. Seansak Muangsurin won the WBC Light Welter strap in his 3rd pro fight at the ripe old age of 25 having had no amateur experience at all.

    You forget, the reasons why Rigo and Loma turned pro late are completely different. Loma had financial backing, Rigo was in a communist country that he had to defect from. The financial backers of Loma understood the great talent they had and brought him into the pros late and marketed him as a exceptional fighter, which he was/is. I doubt a 26 year old Rigo loses to the version of Salido that beat Loma. If Davis had the financial backing that Loma had, he could have done the same thing. He didn't so he turned pro at 18. You think a 20 year old version of Loma would beat a 20 the 20 year old version of Davis?

    This site was around long before you 2 clowns came around. However, the join date of both of you is seen as around the time ESb was at its absolute worst. I'm sure that's a coincidence though...
