Interestingly enough I think most, if not all of those fit. It could just be though that's how I've grown to know them.

I think in the majority of cases, fighters are simply trying to pick a nickname that sounds cathcy, and matches up with their real name. i don't think they try to put a whole lot of emphasis on choosing an alias that defines exactly how they fight.
