I'll state a few examples, julio cesar chavez, eric morales, juan manuel marquez and barrera are the 4 dudes who incorporated the mexican style to full effect
Rocy Lockridge-gave chavez a tough fight from what i recall
Meldric taylor was beating julio cesar chavez won 9 of the 12 rounds against chavez and was on his way to getting the decision.
Pernell whitaker figured out julio cesar chavez and schooled him for the last half of the fight.
Frankie Randall-beats chavez over 12 rounds and figures him out
As for barrera he got beat twice by junior jones
Morales-gets schooled and outslicked by Zahir raheem a low key black Philadelphian fighter.
Marquez-couldnt win a single round against Mayweather and was also beat by freddie norwood.
So is the black style krytonite to mexican fighters.

Styles make fights, but heart is also involved...There's a lot of fights where a black wins over a Mexican and where a Mexican wins over a black.

    MAB makes KK his *****.
JCC ktfo Taylor, and Mayweather twice!
Most feel Castillo and Mayweather are 1-1

    etc.....

Junior Jones got KTFO by Morales in 4. Tough fight or not, Chavez was the clear winner against Lockridge, not too mentioned KTFO Uncle Roger twice, as well as Meldrick Taylor. Castillo gave Mayweather all sort of hell in their first fight.

Sometimes, but a lot of tha times I have seen tha Mexican style beat tha slick style when tha slick aryle feels tha pressure and either has no chin or heart and just starts running instead of fighting slick. Broner one of tha best slicksters should have lost to Ponce De Leon IMO,

They seem to have different mentalities. Mexicans have a more physical war type of mentality and black Americans have a more defensive out point you style. Some black Americans do have an all out war style though like Hagler, Hearns, Tyson, James Kirkland.. really depends on how they're trained.

If the mexican is tough with *enough* skill against a black guy with *tons of skill* but no heart... 9/10 times black fighter caves in that situation.
Seems like they just show so many mexican fighters who may be a little tough, but absolutely 0 skill! Doesn't matter how hard your granite chin is, if you lack power, and your slow as a turtle.

its basically slickness vs agression most disciplined slicksters dont fold under pressure of agressive mexican fighters but some do

no, im not going to buy into your racial slant and pretention to categorize people according to their ethnicities...

its really close-minded and oldworld thinking to generalize everyone according to their ethnicity. Not sure why idgits still think everything needs to be fully defined, categorized, and put in specific boxes. So... just because this dood's a "black/american" you actually expect him to fight a certain way? Or that this guy is of "mexican heritage", he falls under a specific expectation too?

Mebbe you're going off some cultural pretention to styles, like you can stereotype Argintineans to bring in a power game, seems like the ones who stand out are punchers. Or that all mexicans are all ironchinned and macho enuf to stand & brawl. And going more superficial as to believe anyone from the Philipines fights like Manny Pacquiao. I know Gesto suffered from some of that, though he's more of a technical puncher and is more like Mayweather than Pacquiao.

I say every fighter is his own man, regardless of his race, ethnicity, creed, and heritage....
