Does the Bradley fight suggest that PAC might be tapering off the juice?

Don't get me wrong here. I think PAC clearly beat Bradley, in every significant category that a prizefighter can beat another prizefighter. It wasn't a close fight at all, and the decision not only was wrong, but it clearly points to foul play. These weren't incompetent judges; they were bought and paid for. But why and by whom?

Here's a theory, one of many I guess, but I'll put it out there.

Throughout the fight I kept asking myself how it was the Bradley was taking those flush, down the pike shots from PAC? I mean, these same shots retired De La Hoya and Hatton, destroyed a very game Cotto (who just showed us exactly what he's still made of last month against Mayweather), put the fear of God into Shane Mosley and humiliated and tortured Antonio Margarito, not to mention what they did at the lower weights to Hall of Famers Barrera, Morales, and Marquez.

Now, here we had PAC, landing that straight left at will, rocking Bradley each time, and was unable to drop, let alone stop Bradley inside the distance. And worst, towards the end of the fight, Bradley’s face didn’t really reflect the punishment (again, think back to De La Hoya, Cotto, and Margarito), and PAC looked more tired than usual.

I wonder if this wasn't the first fight that PAC has fought without PEDs in the last 7 or 8 years, and if the immediate set up for the second fight that was being shamelessly touted by Bradley and by PAC to a degree after the decision was announced is a device to give PAC 24 good rounds of fighting at Welterweight without the PEDs, so that when the Mayweather fight is made next year PAC can make the adjustments and loose a competitive fight, rather than being blown away easily by Mayweather.

I’ll expand. The PAC team knows that Mayweather won't fight without the Olympic-style testing in place. Therefore, under my theory, rather than getting off the juice "cold turkey" (i.e., without an adjustment period to gauge PAC’s PED-less performance capabilities) and face the best opponent of PAC's career I the very first fight without PEDs in 7 or 8 years, the PAC team decided to pick a decent, yet feather fisted, Top Rank 140 pounder, and give PAC 24 good rounds at Welterweight to gauge his body, his power, and his stamina, such that they'll know what PAC will have in the tank to go against Mayweather, and be able to give a good enough performance to avoid getting thoroughly beaten by Mayweather, making it plainly obvious for boxing fans that he's been on PEDs for the better part of the past 10 years (which, to wit, constitutes the bulk of his career at the “elite” level). I mean, if they were to get PAC off the PEDs "cold turkey" and get KOed easily by Mayweather, most educated boxing fans would probably think that something has not been kosher in PAC’s career.. But this way (i.e., under my theory), they can give PAC 24 good Welterweight rounds without the PEDs and about a year off the juice to get ready to face Mayweather, which would presumably allow PAC to give a good account of himself against Mayweather and retire a very wealthy, legendary boxing hero.

This is just a theory I've been pondering since I heard Bradley mention a specific date for a rematch during the post-fight interviews, with calm and utterly unsurprised PAC smiling next to him, after that horrible decision was announced. I never before believed the rumors that PAC has been using PEDs, but at that very moment it all began to make sense to me.

    Any thoughts?

Mosley never had stamina issues in his prime, it's only till he was caught out using PEDS

Same could be said for PAC
