Sanders was the polar opposite of a glass cannon. A glass cannon is someone that hits hard but can't take a punch, like Bruno or Wilder. Sanders didn't hit harder than anyone else, but he hit hard and had one hell of a chin. And nothing else, actually, he didn't have amateur pedigree or good trainers, he was completely basic. Now that you know what the definition of the glass cannon term is, you should try to educate a little about history of the sport. One piece at a time, don't rush it.
You're the one who needs the educating. Sanders for the majority of his career was regarded as a weak chinned front runner. This is the same guy who was floored for a 20 count by Nate Tubbs. You probably think he had "one hell of a chin" based on getting tko'd late by Vitali. Guess who lasted the full distance with Vitali while taking an even worse beating?
