Does the IBO have mandatory challengers.

    I first seen the belt when Roy Jones had it. The top holders of the titles are Fury, Golovkin, and Lara.

    Do these minimal titles have mandos like the majors?:huh

    No the champion can fight anyone in the top 30(30-50 if they have carry over points and have a positive record and haven't been KO'd in 2 or more times in there last 4 fights) I think.

    Well it's less corrupt than the WBC, and doesn't create 4 champions inside a division unlike the WBA.

    IBO means well and has good intentions but has no political or money clout.Until such time the network tv exec's get on board and gives them some recognition they are doomed to the B side in terms of governing boxing bodies.

    They're a lot fairer as the big 4 orgs, but they have to deal with and their champions are regularly the consensus #1 in the division.

    But they also have pretty low level "champions" as well, wich hurts their case.
