This. Jacobs is bigger than GGG, longer, maybe stronger, and way more explosive and fast. When Jacobs flicks it on "Full-Auto"........ Laser show.

Danny Jacobs could LEGITIMATELY beat Moonelo
118-110 but still lose a split decision with Vegas judges
We all know that if we are honest
The con job committed by Bennett/NSAC, Fishnets & Vegas boxing officials to steal GGG's titles was absolutely BLATANT. The part that amazes me is there are STILL people trying to claim the fight was honest & the result FAIR!!!???? LOL. Admitted IsaL , Shadow, Chicano etc you can understand but when others agree with them its SCAREY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There isnt much difference in “explosiveness” between old GGG and Jacobs. A prime younger GGG was 2 percent more explosive than Jacobs, and 5 times more explosive than Canelo.

Canelo is too skilled to be stopped by Jacobs, imo.

I would be shocked. Jacobs' last 4 went the distance.

Probably not... Jacobs has some right power as Quillin and Truax can attest, but his last three have gone the distance, albeit against good comp and Canelo has a great chin. He's also defensively responsible enough not to leave too many openings.

I have been thinking about this and Canelo is on a role now in momentum and he is peaking. Which is bad for Jacobs in someways Yet. Jacobs is going to have to have his best performance ever to win. He is going to have to suck it up and take punches and then land. And from what I have seen he is a special fight.

Nope. But Canelo will stop Jacobs.

Which is a pity, because I'd much rather Jacobs stop him, since I like Danny much better, and I'd hate for Canelo to have bragging rights over GGG. But, styles make fights and even though Danny's southpaw stance is a stylistic issue for Canelo, Canelo's far more aggressive style that he fought GGG with in their second fight, is kind of a NIGHTMARE for Danny.

I doubt it, unless an injury forces a stoppage.

Canelo has shown nothing other than an good chin to date and I don't think Jacobs will be so dominant that he can grind Canelo down with a sustained assault.

I agree that Jacobs hasn't looked great since fighting GGG. Do you think Jacobs kinda fights up or down to his opponents level? I wouldn't be surprised if it takes the best to bring out his best.

I hope so, but I don't think so.

Canelo has a cinderblock for a head.
