The footage is subtly slowed down which makes it look like they're going through the motions. That and Oma was crappy offensively.
When I watched this fight years ago, my two impressions were: "This Oma guy looks terrible! How did he last 10 rounds with an ATG?" and "These guys are tiny for heavyweights!"
The idea that Oma went into the tank here is logically dismissed because Charles would not need any assistance to beat him,but in the last couple of rounds he looks like he is trying to throw the fight. Oma threw the fight with Bruce Woodcock, so it's not like he was squeeky clean.His footwork and conditioning here look awful.
Certainly doesn't look like Oma is trying with any real determination to win. Not sure I'd shout fix though, he had ample opportunity to take a knee to get out of there.
