    Circuit 1

    10 press-ups
    10 burpees
    20 fast jabs
    20 mountain climbers
    10 press-ups
    15 squats
    10 squat thrusts
    20 fast punches
    10 press-up/burpee/tuck jump

    Circuit 2

    10 tuck jumps
    10 stand up/sit downs
    10 press-ups
    20 fast jabs
    10 pikes
    Sprint on spot for 10 seconds
    20 fast punches
    20 star jumps

    1 min rest after each one
    2* each 1- 1,2,1,2

    Why so many exercises spread over 2 seperate circuits? Just do the one circuit 3 times or something.
