Does USA boxing supply headgear at fights

    i read somewhere that they take care of the gloves but do they also supply the headgear? if not can i just use my regular headgear that i spar in for a fight?

    You need headgear that has the USA Boxing approval. It says on the headgear if it is approved by USA Boxing.

    Are you getting ready to be an amateur fighter? If your trainer has any amateurs in his gym he should be able to tell you. I would think they would supply it for safety purposes.
