As the title says does the stance of the southpaw take away bellews left hook, Bellew likes to trade/throw with his opponent and fighting against an orthodox fighter the left hook comes into pay when exchanging.

Landing the left hook against Usyk is the only root to victory in my eyes and if that punch doesn’t come into play he’s in trouble.

Southpaw makes no difference to his biggest weapon that has made Bellew a PPV muti millionaire - his tongue

    Makabu was a southpaw.

Bellew has got plenty of tools in his arsenal. That straight right is dangerous, right uppercut. It was a big overhand right that “hurt” Usyk vs Gassiev and Tony definitely has one of those.

I know he doesn’t get much credit on here but I’ll say one of his best assets is his shot selection. His ring IQ is brilliant. Usyk is unreal though, it’s said too often these days but he really is one of the greatest of all time, even after so few fights! Massive ask for Bellew but if he can pull it off it would be great for the country and the city of Liverpool. He might be Everton but I’m behind him 100%.
