I'm hoping that the 2 fighters will punish each other to death in each and every round in at least 11 hellish rounds... And I picked Margarito by late TKO/KO...

I think I got what I'm hoping for...

Full respect to cotto, though. I felt really sorry for him, and I hope this setback doesn't destroy his confidence. He's still a great fighter and has nothing to be ashamed of at all!

I picked Margo by tko. Yeah baby! I made a few vdollars back.

 

Same here my man. I wasn't banking on Margo winning tonight but I found myself rooting for Margo to knock Cotto out during the course of that fight... and when it finally happened I went crazy with exhilaration.

Add another notch to the illustrious Mexican resume.

I picked Margo by 7th round TKO, Cotto is a true warrior for taking that

vicious beating. Hopefully Cotto's career is not ruined. I need to find

Amsterdam and ask him if he thinks Margarito is still an over hyped bum.

 

I had an avatar bet on Margo winning but I still thought it would be a close fight. What happened was pretty much how I saw it playing out although I thought AM was going to stop him earlier.

I felt sorry for Cotto at the end because you can't help but respecting him for taking the fight with a guy like AM.

It was obvious before the fight that there was no way Cotto could KO Margo which was pretty much proven.

Where are those dumb twats like Douchebag now?

 

I had Margarito in all my posts. Cotto did well but couldn't handle the relentlessness. Couldn't believe the hype for Cotto and people sayin Margo s overrated. But Giddy up! What a fight!!!!

 

Thank you sir! :good And congrats to you too. To me, the outcome of this fight seemed clear and I said that when it was announced. Margarito's chin would hold up against Cotto's punches, but Cotto's wouldn't. And it worked out exactly as I expected.

What shocked me was just how lopsided the picking was around here. This was a "pick 'em" fight, but SO many people thought it would be walkover for Cotto. You actually had a bunch of people picking him to knock Margarito out!!atsch

 

I picked margarito by a ko in the 8th. But i have to say cotto showed me some serious heart. it's margarito's night for winning the fight but i have to give props to cottos trainer (evangelista )for throwing in the towel. I sometimes believe it's more courageous to know when to surrender. One must remember that in the end it's a business. It's not personal.

I honestly didnt know who would win.
My heart was with Margarito and by God, HE went against the odds and defied all the predictions and took the fight with sheer will and heart.
