I've bemoaned Wilder's opposition plenty but the more I think about it, the more I agree with the above. Think he's probably happy to fight anyone, it's his team that are looking for the safety route. However, so long as the Povetkin fight goes ahead then I certainly won't complain anymore.
Dont' act like you didn't see Tyson Fury challenging Wilder right ther on his ring on his night in his country, and Wilder blushing away preferring to keep the distance and letting him steal the show :-(
Oh what a feat to defeat a guy who hasn't lost a decision since the 90's and is one of the greatest heayvweights of all time. Oh wait, that is acually quite a feat.
