Does Wilder have the thinnest resume of any heavyweight world title holder ever?

Frans Botha held the IBF strap until he was stripped and had a horrific record.

WBO held no weight back then. It was not recognized as a real world title by most until years later.
It was only a stepping stone title. A little better than usba/nabf was at the time.

The general consensus would suggest not. Plenty on par at least.

Wilders record is actually pretty typical for "B" class belt holders.

The answer to all "worst" questions regarding title holders is Bruce Seldon.

Wilder is actually pretty average, he knocked out some journeymen, a few fringe contenders, and got the title win over a top 5 rated guy.
