Weak chin of the heavyweight champs? What about Joe Louis being almost ko'd by the fat man Tony Galento/

    No way!!!

I'd go so far to say he has an above average chin. He's had about 65 fights and never been KNOCKED OUT or even close. Sanders was the only fighter who just plain out beat him up, but even then he was always conscious.

His only other two stoppage losses where due to fatigue.

Wlad is not a cheat. He is the most conditioned heavyweight in the world, with an incredible strict regime and a very talented chef to cook him healthy meals. Wlad has NEVER in amateur or pros tested positive for a banned substance

    CHEF

when Wlad fights again in United States, will you put together a ESB get together for drinks before Wlads fight?

    to follow retired sanders
    prime journeyman Brewster

you wish me to continue? surely that's bad enough, ironic that you typed something about looking worse.

I took arguably the top 15 HWs of All-Time and listed how many times they were stopped. Wlad falls right in the middle. You also have to consider that he has fought more fights, to an older age, and heavier (stronger) fighters. than most of these guys.

    Wlad's chin is fine.

    Ali - Got stopped 1x.
    Louis - Got stopped 2x.
    Charles - Got stopped 7x.
    Marciano - Didn't get stopped.
    Patterson - Got stopped 5x.
    Holmes - Got stopped 1x.
    Tunney - Didn't get stopped.
    Holyfield - Got stopped 2x.
    Lewis - Got stopped 2x.
    Johnson - Got stopped 6x.
    Frazier - Got stopped 3x.
    Liston - Got stopped 3x.
    Walcott - Got stopped 6x.
    Foreman - Got stopped 1x.
    Tyson - Got stopped 5x.

Tony Galento was ridiculously strong. All he had was his punch.

    No, but it's definitely abysmal.

People forget you can count the punches Wlad takes on one hand in his usual bore/hug fests, and still he gets shaken.

Counter that with you average fighter who takes 50x more punches in their average fight and you can scale how bad his Chin is.

Let's nip this in the bud right now and stop this non-sense.

Wlad's loss vs Brewster was because of his Glass Jaw. Nothing else.

The moment his "exhaustion" kicked in was right when Brewster landed a hook on his Mandible. Funny that.

you got to be kidding me, hardly any of these losses anywhere near their primes, isn't against a shot2shyt retiree or journeyman.

    wat a fake, man.

Wlad does not have the best chin but it is not as bad as his rep suggest. For all of those who say "Wlad has a weak chin, look at the Sanders fight". Name today's boxers that would not have been knocked out by that punch. Most would not have even gotten back up. He doesn't have Marciano or an Ali chin but it is not glass.

Wladimir fought Corrie Sanders in March of 2003, fought Lamon Brewster in April 2004 and again in July of 2007.........so that clearly shows that he ducked those men and avoided challenges, right??
My god, HerolGee is such a fcuking IDIOT. Truly unbelievable that somebody that mentally deficient can figure out how to use a computer and sign up for an Internet forum.

then perhaps you should reply to me in person, rather than hiding from me behind your friends post.

Don't blame me for wlad not rematching them in their primes or even at all. I had nothing to do with his choice of opposition.

Next on the list, Davarryl Williamson, who was starting to outbox Wlad out before the stop on head wound technicality.

    retired Sanders
    Brewster
    Williamson

should we go with the list?

    this.

its one of the weaker chins on the dominant champions, but its by no means horrible.
