Does Wlad have the weakest chin of any HW champ?

Yeah, absolutely. Keep naming people that Wladimir fought as evidence that he ducked them. That really makes sense and makes you appear smart. Especially stuff from over a decade ago. Hey, I got one... Huge top 5 heavyweight on a hot streak that Wladimir fought in about 2002, Jameel Mcline. Wladimir ducked him.

Wlad DUCKED the Sanders rematch and let his tag-team partner clean up his mess. Wlad wanted NO parts of a Brewster rematch until AFTER Lamon had been out for a year and coming off a LOSS and eye surgery.

 

TJMax......I don't doubt that Tony Galento was strong. No doubt he was. However, it just shows as I said in an earlier post that (paraphrasing) almost anybody in the heavy weight division can put someone down if they deliver the shot in the right place. Did you see Galento in "On the Waterfront"....with Brando? Love that movie.

 

And Wlad is fighting at 39 years old and still beating top contenders. Wouldn't that make Wlad look better?

Louis - Got stopped at 21 and 37. Wlad is still winning.
Charles - Got stopped at 21, 30, 33, 34 & 38. Wlad is still winning.
Holmes - Got stopped at 38. Wlad is still winning.

I could go on and on.

 

While fighting against a guy who is arguably the third greatest HW of all time and was in his prime. Wlad, OTOH, has not beaten one single heavyweight of note.

While fighting against the greatest finisher the HW division has ever seen and a legit top ten HW all time. Holmes was never KO'ed before or since. Wlad, OTOH, has not beaten one single heavyweight of note and got KO'ed by guys who weren't worthy to carry Mike Tyson's jock strap.

 

It's been well documented that Wlad wanted the Sanders rematch, Sanders vacated and broke his contract with Universum to avoid it.

Wlad got his rematch with Brewster after DK let him go, there was no way DK was going to let Wlad fight one of his guys without a slave contract. Once Brewster was free of DK, the rematch got made.

 

The Wlad-Brewster 1 commentary was absolutely brutal. Lampley and Merchant were ruthless on Wladimir that night. Wladimir barely even got hit much, but you could just tell they couldn't wait to see what would happen if he finally took a shot upstairs.

Looking back... that night seems to have been a major catalyst for today's Chin talk on ESB.

as for Pulev, Wlad told them "NO PROBLEM, but when I show you i am clean, YOU (pulev) pay for the testing cost" They backed down. The cost of daily, weekly olympic style testing can run well over $100k. If Pulev was so sure Wlad was dirty, why not accept the payment if wlad proved clean? Why should wlad have to accept $100k-$150k in costs because pulev barks?

Its BS. Wlad tests all the time. its not just after fights. the BDB has tested Wlad before camp, during camp, and after camp.... He has never tested positive:deal

WRONG. I know for a FACT Wlad tried to get Brewster in the ring. Brewster was with DON KING. Don wanted OPTIONS on furture Klitschko fights..... no way wlad was going to agree to that. Finally DK was out of the way and fight got made.... blame DK for the fight taking so long to be made:deal

see this is what you guys don't get. You all think if a fighter wants a fight, it will happen. There are so many behind the scene things taking place, most not even involving the actual fighters,that can cause a fight to not happen:deal
