who should wlad have fought that he didnt? Who is the fighter Wlad didnt fight that causes you to make statements about "opponent Choice"?

Wlad has been fighting top 10 guys, undefeated guys, mandatories and other champions for unification and Ring belt....... when I hear "opponent choice" I think of Wilder.... but to say Wlad has issues with "opponent choices" is just ridiculous IMO

If you consider Wilder a champ (I do not) then he wins this hands down for being put on canvas agaisnt fetherfisted paid loser Scoiners: 18-27 with 11 knockouts.

Some of the threads on this forum are horrible. You haven't watched much boxing if you think Wlad's chin is the worst on a heavyweight champ. The punches that he has taken over the last few years, he has taken well. Even when he was younger, and was getting dropped by Sanders, and Peter, his chin wasn't the worst. Michael Moorer's chin comes to mind when thinking of a heavyweight champ with grade A British China, although he wasn't British.

no that comparison is not good.

moorer didn't have a good chin for sure, but his prime ko losses were to devilish punchers, not failed retirees or journeymen.

you have picked a poor comparison my friend, that makes wlad look worse than you intended, and certainly worse than moorer, especially in light of moorer being a light heavy moving up.

Corey Sanders motivated, and landing that precision straight left, had some power. Wlad wasn't knocked out cold. Sure he kept going down. Against Sam Peter, only one knockdown was actually legit. One was like a push down, and the other a rabit punch if a recall correctly. And still, Wlad got up. Wlad has taken shots, that would have put Moorer to sleep.

I don't care what you say about the retired failure, he hit fair, but was not a mad a puncher as those that koed prime (and much smaller) moorer.

your friends comparison only availed to make wlad look worse, and I would urge you to pick another example instead, in order to improve wlads image, whch is surely your intention, yes. I want you to succeed, not achieve the opposite of your aims.

Wlad has cleaned out the heavyweight division as well as any champion in history. He has defeated all his mandatorys, number 1 contenders, he's ducked no one, he's beaten the best out there, and he continues to sign to fight top guys..

 even if I agree and I don't.... that fight was March 2003 over 12 years ago:lol:

the more you type, the worst you look:hi:

even reading the worst haters, most don't question "opponent options"
like I said ....to suggest wlad has ducked or handpicked is just stupid

as I asked...WHO HAS WLAD DUCKED?

I've got an autographed picture of Wladimir above my desk. I am a fan.

But to someone who has a zero tolerance for athletes denying drug testing... one could say Wladimir has ducked strict drug testing. His is a bit of a joke and both Pulev and Povetkin called him out on that and paid for better respected testing for themselves. Wladimir balked.
