Doesn't anyone else think Loma is looking like a small Calzaghe??

What I found impressive was how Calzaghe took away Hopkins strengths and where Hopkins has been effective down the stretch

true, loma and joe are completely different. loma eclipsed joes best opponent that took joe 11 years to accomplish, in his 2nd fight.
loma beats joe on skill, speeds, accuracy, defence, footwork. heart, accomplishments bravery.

Actually, there are some similarities. When he let's his hands go, he does look like Calzaghe. It's the speed and angles.

Crawford is on another level compared to Walters! Crawford has a high ring IQ and adapts very well. He will take away the side step after the straight left loma threw all night that kept Walters handcuffed. As I mentioned, the size differential will be substantial. 5'8" with a 70" reach compared to 5'-6" and a 65" reach.

Let me ask you...when has there ever been a fighter that has moved up 4 divisions and face another P4P fighter that gave up that much in size? The size is going to be the difference in the fight IMO. Both men are awesome but,I feel Crawford will use his size to his advantage and wear Loma down.

lets see if ward does it with kovalev. (obviously kovalev is much much more dangerous than a faded robin reid).

Not at all. He reminds of Pacquiao by the way he use his footwork to create himself some angles to land a punch.

Don't turn Lomachenko into a shrimp lol. He was listed by many sources as 5'6, but when he faced off with Walters he was actually taller, and also looked taller in the ring. That suggests Lomachenko is 5'7 1/2 at least.

By the time Lomachenko gets to 140 that will be his fifth division! Fighting and beating a bigger guy as skilled a Crawford would be a tremendous accomplishment, one that I don't think he can achieve!

I actually think Lomachenko can learn a bit by watching Calzaghe lol.

Big fan of Loma, certainly has a huge potential. However, just because he is looking prettier, it doesn't means he will be equally as successful. Calzaghe never lost. Time will tell

People have to stop making the size excuse for Lomachenko. He's not 5'2 or 5'3 like Rigondeaux. He is 5'7 and change. He's taller than Bradley, Pacquiao, Cotto, etc. If he feels that he can move up as he gets older, let him go for it, and show that he is truly great.
