...his resume is far more deserving than some in the ring top 10....not only that he fights on the road.

....oh how do u think WARD vs Dirrell pans out?

I think Froch lost to Dirrell and Kessler, so even though I'm a fan, I wouldn't place him in the top 10 yet, no.

    Yes.

But P4p is no longer about the best boxer and the best resume. Its about being popular with the fans, hence why he is not on the list.

Its pretty pathetic, but thats the way it is.

I don't base my p4p rankings on resume. So the answer is no. He lost to Kessler who wasn't especially highly ranked p4p. He also looked poor against Taylor & arguably lost to Dirrell who also wasn't especially highly ranked and hasn't done much since. He also had a close fight with Pascal who I also don't rate too highly. I'll put him top 10 if he becomes king of his division (beats Bute & Ward without controversy).

Ward v Dirrell? Have to go with Ward. Dirrell has talent but doesn't utilize it fully. I think Ward would out-smart and out-will Dirrell

if froch wins the super six, which i think he will, then he will get the 7, 8 or 9th spot

Froch is probably 10-15 at the moment but I dont get that ward is in the top 10 to me he should also be somewhere around 12/13, I rank hopkins over him, even cotto

Froch lost to Kessler and looked average against Taylor and Dirrell. Some people have short memories which don't seem to stretch back before the Abraham fight!

Froch is a guy I like but let's look at the reality. Last three fights: Controversial and ugly win over then unproven prospect Dirrell, loss to Kessler coming off his own lopsided loss to Ward, lopsided win over Abraham, who was coming off of a lopsided loss and would immediately go on to another lopsided loss. The Ring's (for instance) top ten without Froch is quite justifiable, I should think.

Edit: Ward VS Dirrell? Ward is simply an academically and psychologically superior fighter to Dirrell, although Dirrell seems to be the better natural athlete with a heavier punch. I have to favor Ward, because I think the mental disparity is much greater than the overall physical one. I "trust" Ward as a fighter more, as a winner more. I think he'd win a close but uncontroversial decision over Dirrell.

The judges didnt like what they saw from Dirrell, the way he fought was disgraceful and you should never be rewarded for it.

Alejandro Rochin Mapula, Massimo Barrovecchio and Daniel Van de Wiele all agreed but they do sound like they might be English though, so maybe they were just biased. :patsch
