Doesn't Haye have a valid multi-fight contract with the Klitschkos?

My last information is that Haye signed a multi-fight contract with K2 (Klitschko Brothers) Promotions a few months back then "backed" out without giving proper medical papers. Correct me if I wrong, but this little act doesn't make a valid, signed contract invalid, therefore Haye can't fight unless his promoter, K2 allows him to fight.

    Or am I missing something?

The contract was to fight Wlad, im guessing since Wlad fought Chageav and will next fight Povetkin its kinda void now.

Know Vitali made a **** contract that he knew no one would sign. I can't wait until Haye decapitates these to gay lovers/brothers.

Is the public outside of the civilized europe really THAT stupid ??? He will NEVER "decapitate" Vitali Klitschko since he will NEVER fight him. He does that con move since it guarantees him a world title (Don King will pay the judges so they don't score for Sauerland) he can "defend" for lots of money until both are retired. BOTH.

I guess we'll never find out, but if the contract was for multiple fights, I don't think the interim Wlad-Chagaev fight - especially as Haye pulled out most likely without medical evidence - makes the MULTI fight contract void. Why would it make?

It's not that he can't fight one of the Klitschkos under his valid K2 contract... he simply DOESN'T WANT TO, but that doesn't make a signed contract void IMO.

My guess: the contract was for a given date; perhaps there isn't wording that covers a postponement (no clue, never negotiated a pro boxing title match).

Once the date is passed, maybe it lapses?

Besides, even if there is a case to be made there, is it worth K2's time/expense to pursue and attempt to prove a lack of injury? If the Chag bout hadn't fallen into place so easily, I could see a suit over lost revenue an illegitimate pull-out would have caused; they did lose some US tv money, I'm sure, but I think they chalk it up to still having a successful event and moving on.
