Wait, so these same posters who criticize Golovkin's resume and say he hasn't done ****, if Ward beats him (with the addition of a Kovalev who obviously has a better resume), he has an ATG resume? How does that work when you keep saying GGG hasn't done ****?

I think we all find GGG and Pacquiao more exciting than Mayweather and Ward and appreciate Mayweather and Ward's amazing boxing skills. I don't expect guys like Mayweather and Ward to abandon their boxing skills and fight like Gatti and Ward, I just want them to be willing to face fighters that at worst would be no less than even odds to beat them and most likely would be the underdog. Is that asking too much?

I never said GGG hasn't done $hit. Maybe others have, but I haven't. I think he is a special fighter and clearly the best at 160. For anyone who isn't sold on GGG, please explain to me how the only other guy at 160 who is capable of running through top 5 middleweights is a Hall of Famer who is ducking HIM!

It also should not be any big deal if Ward beats either because these Wardo's keep claimng GGG and Kovalev have done nothing and would not take a single round from Ward.

Ward just needs to keep winning and let the hype build around Kovalev and for this fight.

Kovalev should clean out his division and build his reputation, so, that he can become that fighter that Ward must fight for money and legacy.

Right now he's the best guy at 175 that hasn't beaten the other best guy at 175.

Ward needs to be fighting at 68, where he's most comfortable.

    Why can't people understand that he's a 168'er. :nod

This is exactly what I've been telling you guys! Ward is straight up ducking Kovalev. He faked promoter issues so that he wouldn't have to fight him, then came back against a bum who couldn't hold Kova's jockstrap. Now he will surely fight one of the Dirrell brothers to save face, but real boxing fans will know the truth. Ward is straight running!

How does one duck a guy from another division you spastic?

Are all 160 lbers ducking Andre Ward?

    Is Lebedev duckign Klitschko?

If Andre is ducking Kovalev, then GGG is ducking Ward.

Stevenson called out Ward live on HBO and everyone knows it. Ward was there and would not even answer Stevenson. Stevenson told Ward that he would come down to 168 and against no answer from Ward. Ward fought as a light heavyweight as an amateur, that is his true weight division...................Ward also has a good reason for refusing to fight anywhere except his home town with his personal referee, judges, boxing commission, etc., Ward is a spoiled brat. Ward was the only boxer who did not have to travel in his tournament...................

Cannot blame Ward for ducking Kovalev. Ward is not good enough to bridge the gap between good and great.

Kovalev is a great boxer with supreme power and a thirst for pain.

Ward is just a great boxer.
