What do you guys prefer to watch on TV? A domestic bust up or US ppv world title fight?

Some of the best fights I have see have been on friday fight night on sky sports for british titles etc, even on the undercard you come across some gems of fights. I have also stayed up late watching some great world title fights but more often than not I just wish id watched the repeat the next day!

I truly appreciate British Title Fights...so many men have desired to hold that prestigious belt. Some never were same again...some died in the pursuit of it. It brings out the best in our domestic fighters. The atmosphere aswell..thrilling!!!

I appreciate both but i love the raz-ma-taz and glitz and vibe of American bouts. It's a good thread and question. I suppose if you ever boxed your dream was to be world champion. The ring entrances like Tyson from the backstage to the middle of the ring then you await either the class Jimmy Lennon Jnr or Micheal Buffer...hairs on back of neck when them to let rip on mic.

I'm drawn to all the BIG ppv shows. I get caught up in all the hype. More often than not these shows don't deliver what you might expect.

Like Mandanda said I too appreciate British title fights. A lot of fighters know their level and are honest enough to admit it. So when they get their 'shot' they really give everything they've got.

When you wanna see some proper old fashioned tear-ups then FFN is the place for it. But I'll always be suckered in by the BIG events.

US PPV for me, British fighters are atrocious and their fights are generally boring as ****, we sure do put on some **** uncompetative fights, we're champions at it.

You get some horrible big fights from the states like Willams vs Cintron , rotten fight , horrible card and watched by 3 men and a dog . Like wise you get some brilliant british fights like Moore vs Rhodes .

I prefer to watch a good fight no matter where it is fought or at what level.

What would you rather re-watch now, Chas Symonds vs Ross Minter for the Southern Area Welterweight title or Wladimir Klitshko vs Sultan Ibrgaimov for the World Heavyweight?

I appreciate skill level very highly. And generally a 'world title' bout is fought at a higher level, so i prefer it.

Although there has been some great FFN fights like Trusscott vs Simpson I & II, Moore vs Rhodes etc... That really were as good as any 'world title' scrap.

Boring answer I know, but it's all about individual fighters.

If I've got an interest in a domestic fighter I'd rather watch him than a big PPV show I'm not too interested in.
