Very strong opening minute for Boesel, Koelling can't find the right distance for his hooks but Koelling coming back strong pressuring Boesel with his hooks and body work but Boesel responded well with his footwork and catching Koelling at the ropes.

Koelling is absolutely featherfisted. He is throwing massive right and left hooks, he put everything in and Boesel doesn't even look rocked, he is eating those shots easily. Koelling had his moments this round although he didn't land clean and accurate he was very active and pressuring Boesel towards the ring.

 

Koelling lives on the ropes. Anyone who comes forward can beat him. a smaller journeyman did it so can Boesel

Koelling landing a good right hook, first solid shot of the round after one minute, Boesel losing his accuracy a bit and also slowing down his work rate, giving Koelling room to prepare his hooks and finding the right distance. Boesel might be gassing a bit as he is breathing with an open mouth. Koelling looking a bit better overall i think but Boesel finishing the round with high activity. A close round.

Koelling landing some heavy shots this round but still he looks featherfisted as Boesel isn't looking hurt or rocked or something. Big right hand rocks Boesel, best shot of the fight so far, Koelling looking much better now, Boesel losing his accuracy and his jab is a bit too short now, he is moving out and away from Koelling, throwing less. Koelling rocking Boesel with hooks, he is taking over now. Boesel isn't throwing anything, landing only on the gloves. He is trying hard in the end but isn't accurate at all. Close round due to Boesels activity in the end but Koelling landed the better shots for about two minutes.

Boesel looking better than here in the first minute, Boesel landing a couple of good jabs, Koelling slowing down his power shots and landed only one good jab and a left hook in the first half of the round. Another good left hook by Koelling opens the second half of the round. Koelling catching Boesel at the ropes with some heavy hooks but Boesel responded well attacking back. Good jab by Koelling followed by two hooks, even round, last seconds will decide about it and Koelling landing a huge right hand, best shot of the round.

Boesel coming out strong, pressuring Koelling towards the ropes, Koelling too passive, he needs the round on my card to get a draw. Koelling landing a right hand but it was the first good shot from Koelling this round, Koelling moving forward but lacking activity, Boesel only moving away, Koelling has Boesel at the ropes but he can't land there. Last 60 seconds, Boesel at the corner, Boesel losing his mouthguard and laughing at Koelling but no warning. Boesel doubling the jab, Koelling pressuring and stalking Boesel but can't find the right distance and it's oveeeeeeer. Good fight. Better than expected.

115-113 Koelling could be fine but i do not think he won the fight, you have to give him both close rounds (8, 12). Apart from that Boesel won all of his rounds more or less comfortably.

 

Looks like Boesel closed the show and should get the win fighting closer to home. We'll see.
