atsch Well he looked quick and sharp even against Mosley's own hand-speed, and put his punches together very quickly & fluidly against Margarito. He's not one of the fastest around, but he's not slow.
He's got "decent" handspeed, not "quick" handspeed IMO. I'm not saying "slow" but certainly not "quick".
