    Good afternoon folks

Just saw the face off with GGG vs Wade. Dominic is a big boy.
Wade has 160 amateur fights. He won gold at Jr Olympics.

Saw more of his fights. Wade is definitely not a can. He's got some speed, good reflexes and a good right hand.

This is a real good stay busy fight. I don't expect Wade to see the 12th, but I expect a good fight while it lasts.

However, in the long run, Wade gains the respect of the boxing public. Wade went from unknown to "GGG's next opponent" which means something. I'd like to see how GGG's opponents do against each other.

Well, he's got nothing to lose but brain cells.

Wade's a pretty good prospect, but he's a much better fit for the 4x a year fight schedule GGG was on than the 2x a year he'll get in this year. That's the disappointing bit.

I'd like to see Wade crack Golovkin's chin with a mean right hand. I can see Golovkin pushing Wade on the ropes, GGG loading shots, then Wade throwing in a quick right hand behind the guard.

RTV – For people who don’t know you, tell them about your career so far.

DW – ''My career… I started with a bang. I came to the pros straight from the amateurs. I fought all the top fighters (in the amateurs), I fought Shawn Porter, Danny Jacobs, Edwin Rodriguez, all them guys, I did pretty good. I beat Edwin Rodriguez; I had a good fight with Shawn Porter and Danny Jacobs.''

RTV – You had a very good amateur career. Tell us about it?

DW – ''[My] amateur record, I’m gonna say 167 and I lost maybe about 9 or 10 bouts. I won Silver Gloves five times, Golden Gloves. I actually hold the record with [Oscar] De La Hoya, winning the Silver Gloves the same amount of times. I got in the Junior Olympics, I got a silver medal one year. I won quite a lot of tournaments. I got into the Olympic trials, I fought Shawn Porter, they made me lose by disqualification, but actually I was winning the fight on the scorecards, it was the last round, I think I had about 20 seconds left, I was up on points, they disqualified me, said I was holding. I once fought Danny Jacobs, I lost to him on points. I beat Edwin Rodriguez, Fernando Guerrero, all those guys.''

Wade is terrible, dude. He'd lose to Geale, Murray, Monroe Jr., and probably Macklin.

he's a live one. This kid is not a joke. 25 years old, undefeated, high level amateur and he's from the hood.

He's 50-50 against this shot Macklin, but he loses to the Macklin that fought Martinez.

Yep, and he'd probably get KO'd by Heiland like Macklin as well.

This is boxing, he could lose his life.

But I think Wade would beat Willie Monroe or Lemieux. Just a tad more talented and tighter than those guys. Although I must say, I'm not that impressed with either; Lemieux got his ears boxed off by Joachim Alcine, who could barely keep his balance in the ring at that time...totally shot fighter.

They robbed Soliman so Golovkin wouldn't have to face Sam as the mandatory.

A healed knee Soliman beats Golovkin, but Wade has no chance.
