Dominic Wade: Lights Out-The Middleweight Dull Blade Of Maryland-GGG Victim Number 35

Dominic Wade is a 24 year old 5'10.5 Middleweight with a 18-0 11 KO's record. Born and raised in Largo, Maryland. Wade is another in a long line of young fighters to become a Haymon Guy, he's trained by Barry Hunter and is a member of the Headbanger's a group of DC area fighters alongside The Peterson Brothers, Gary Russel Jr. and Seth Mitchell. He made the US Olympic team in 2008 and turned pro in 2009. He hasn't made any waves at pro yet, even though he was being touted as one to watch since he was well regarded as an amateur, but since he signed with Haymon we shouldn't expect any tough challenges anytime soon. But keep an eye on Dominic he's very skilled and has fast hands although he's far too tentative a fighter at times and if he wants to be a top star he needs to start attempting to be a little more action oriented. Thankfully it appears he's moved on from Lights Out because it was a blatant steal and he's definitely NO James Toney. It's a great song, the first time I heard it I was around 8 or 9 when I saw Apocalypse Now, which would be an appropriate name for the GGG-Wade card.

 

It's a hideous fight, I'd rather see GGG invade the offices of the IBF WWE style and knock all of them the f*** out, not that I would pay for.

 

Those mother****ers at Showtime must of yanked it down in lieu of the GGG-Wade fight being announced.
