Seriously, Goral looks completely ******ed when he is in with anyone halfway decent on defense.

I'm not exaggerating or misusing that word.

He resembles a severely mentally ******ed person having a violent aggressive outburst.

Yeah, I wonder if Tomasz knows he's considered a horrible body puncher as a HW.

When he was a LHW he threw tons of em. And as a CW, he was considered one of the better body punchers. Yet as a HW, he completely abandons the body game vs slick fighters. :think

He threw body punches against Chambers, and grazed him a few times, but nobody would call what he did "effective body punching". Nobody is going to confuse HW Adamek with prime Julio Cesar Chavez, I don't care how many car bombs and birthday shots they've put away.

...but yeah, he was a lot more effective (particularly going downstairs, but across the board really) at 175 and 200lbs.

LHW & CW Adamek >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> HW Adamek.

It's ridiculous how much the skill level dropped when the weight rose.

I really liked Adamek before he moved up. :verysad

Judges Steve Weisfeld and Joseph Pasquale scored it 116-112 for Adamek, while Alan Rubenstein scored it 119-109. All extremely experienced big fight judges btw.

"He didn't throw enough punches and was outworked by Adamek" said Teddy Atlas (who btw, would have been the first to jump on the judges had he thought it was a bad decision).

"He's no puncher. He slaps," said Adamek. "I've fought with a broken nose 12 rounds. No excuses. This is boxing -- you have to be ready for everything. "

I guess all Eddie and his sycophants had left was sour grapes and put up these pathetic excuses. Lastly, if chambers felt like such a winner after this fight, how come he didn't stay in the heavyweight division. Instead he felt he could not longer compete at this weight class and moved to CW. How come it took him over 14 months just to have another fight at CW, even though he fought Adamek weighing 202lbs so he was basically ready to come down? That is not how winners behave. Retreat and hide. This is what defeated fighters do.

Adamek most likely would of unified CW had he stayed

instead, he wanted more money and fame as a HW

it's just so difficult for a guy with his frame to carry that much weight, his punches don't seem to have as much sting as they used to, even the body shots he throws as a HW don't look sharp... I really like the guy, but I'm guessing he has only a few fights left in him, despite that he keeps saying he feels great and hungry after such a long layoff

just goes to show, adding weight is not always a wise choice, but how many former LHW's actually become top HW's and challenge for the HW championship, regardless of whether they are in a weak era or not

I would still be a big fan today if he stayed where he belonged. :good Cruiser would have been improved by his presence, and his career since would be more respectable as he almost surely would have unified indeed.

    I scored Adamek-Chambers 116-112 Adamek, and USS-Adamek 116-112 USS

I may be a fan, but I do know when a favorite fighter of mine loses

IB got so over excited with what Eddie was doing he was given EXTRA credit.

Hard to justify this tremendous schooling when he was throwing o ton of nothing punches and only manged to land 18 more through out the fight. That's an average of less than 1 1/2 punches more landed per round.

No fighter has looked great against Chambers including Wlad so how does this equate to Adamek completly struggling when he comes across defensive fighters?

Dont give a **** of who had who winning. It was a tight fight. To this day you cannot justify your 9-1 scorecard in favor of Eddie.

I guess he favours running around over actual fighting.

Unbelievable, they know the majority of people tune in to see Adamek.
