Yes, a bum who weighs about 20 pounds more than his opponent is still a bum.

Wouldnt call him a BUM. He has exceded most peoples expectations. Although not good enough to beat Martinez he is definetly top level.

He's not a bum but he's far from a great fighter. He's very slow, predictable, and hasn't got any real boxing skills.

His size and strength would give anyone an issue at 160, though.

He is a bum who comes in overweighed. What do you think will happen if he ever fights those in 168 - 175 which is where he belongs?

I don't even think much of the 12th round, it's obvious Martinez was exhausted...look at when Chavez pushed him down, Martinez actually struggled to get up without even being hit.

You're the biggest Wild Card / Roach cumguzzler on this forum, so I'm not surprised. Just another ******* fool.

JR's career is essentially over. He can't beat Martinez and I'll put my money on Alvarez when he moves up. The waters @ 168 are filled with sharks just waiting to devour Baby Chavez.

    He's done...

I posted this on another thread but the statement also belongs on this one:

JCC Jr looked like Skeletor or Keira Knightly at the weigh in. No way he should be fighting below 168 or even 175. How he matches up against opponents at that weight is a different story, but really at 160 he's one drained vato.

    This.

I know haters gonna hate, and I honestly don't even like him, but this is ridiculous. I gotta give credit where credit is due on this one. I knew 100% that he was gonna get whooped, but he showed nothing buy heart and far exceeded my expectations. That said, I can't think of too many big names he could get past at 168 or 175, so I don't know what his next move should be.

Against someone 30lb's heavier who obviously uses steriods/HGH. Chavez Jr still got his ass schooled.

Give credit to someone who uses roids and comes in to the ring 30lbs over the weight class? You obviously don't know ****.
