Turn the fight on again, this time opening your eyes.

    I can see it.

I can see it the same way I said if Fury moves forward against Wilder he could get a stoppage, I think he can do the same against AJ.

Fury coming forward making it a dogfight, imposing his vastly more natural instincts for fighting as it goes into deep waters, eventually drowning a fatiguing AJ in the championship rounds. Possibly needing to rise from some knockdowns along the way, sure.

I can definitely see that as a realistic conclusion to the AJ vs Fury saga.

It makes the fight that much more intriguing.

It's hard to beat someone bigger than you who moves better than you in boxing.

So AJ is really facing an uphill battle there.

Fury doesn't even have to go forward. Joshua has become so cautious he's almost trying to turn into another wlad, meaning fury could just feint, move and jab his way to a UD just like he did in Düsseldorf because I'm not sure Joshua is still that animal he was before. 2017 Joshua was big strong and agressive with better fundamentals than wilder making him dangerous even though I would have still favored fury. But cautious Joshua is no good here, he would be playing furys game and fury is better at it.

Joshua did look impressive. This makes a fight with Fury intriguing. It could go either way.

AJ did what he had to do vs Pulev, the thing is though is that Pulev did'nt have anything to beat AJ with.
PulePv fights in the European standup style and that does'nt work against a fighter with a reach better than yours.
AJ was never tested as Pulev needed to close the distance to make it an inside fight and he's just not capable of doing that.

Can AJ close distance against Fury who's bigger and more versatile then he is?
Fury definitely has a better defense and add to that the fact that he's southpaw, if I was a betting man I'd bet big on Fury.

Fury bigger and longer than Pulev plus a far better boxer.. AJ will probs be on the back foot the whole fight..

Was you guys watching the same fight

aj looked way to vulnerable in a clinch
And got hit way to easy at times
Now this is Pulev doing this, look what fury will do to him in a clinch, and use his size and weight also

Aj gassed after round 3 badly, and took him a few rounds to Recover

By making him work for 3 mins of every round through feinting and pressure with his feet. Josh gonna gas hard in my opinion

This, the guy got pushed back by freaking Pulev.
Joe Joyce would probably give him hell, I don't even have to mention Fury.
I liked the constant jab to the body, but is gas tank isn't impressive even at a lower weight.

I thought the opposite. Joshua can't beat Fury, which is why he won't fight him.

Nothing special about that AJ performance but at least it seems he's got his confidence back
