I spent some time with Don after a London show many years back now, he was a gentleman and a proper boxing man.

That said though, this would be a very bad idea lol

Always liked Don Charles, but if he fights Haye he gets destroyed

The man is 60 ffs. He is seriously bitter about something, I wonder if this dates back to the Vitali press conference brawl.

I do like abit of Don Charles. I enjoyed it when he snapped at Tyson Fury at their presser. Called Fury deformed.

I think there may be more to it than that incident....... more so in the case of Chisora stepping away from Don and aligning with Haye.

Anyone know much about Don Charles' son George Fox? 4-0, no KOs, doesn't seem to be making much of a name for himself.

Amusing, but poor Don is a bit deluded. He’s had plenty of chances to try it stick one on Haye if he was serious, instead of just making noise.

Hayes haunted Don for years from the beat down in Germany to the spanking of his man Chisora to then Haye riding into town and whisking him away from him

He wants nothing to do with calling Haye out
even a crippled Haye would destroy him within the first minute.

There’s no fool like an old fool.

He’s put up a better fight than Fournier.

I think thats it. Don thinks david haye took away, like he always called it "His fighter" dereck chisora. Chisora parted ways with haye now and still he didnt call don charles to train him again. Hes clearly bitter about that one. Other than that he comes across as a decent man though

The other Don (Cockell) was probably too busy.

To be fair to Don he took Haye's punches better than Chisora did at that press conference. He's a bull of a guy and let's be honest, Haye has a body broken down way beyond his 40 years. Over 8 two minute rounds I'd rather watch Haye vs Charles than Haye dancing around with this Fournier guy.
