It’s actually quite a close one IMO Cockell wasn’t a joke fighter at all, real pro with some grit. I’d probably favour Williams to chop him up 60-40.

I think if anything poor Cockell gets “underrated” he wasn’t a destroyer warlord from the isles but he was an honest fighter and had enough ridicule in his own day, didn’t complain about Marciano fouling him he apologised for not doing better after a valiant effort.
