we know that cockell was Ko'd by turpin but between that fight and the marciano fight don was a prety worthy contender at heavyweight. cumings never was. jumbo gave a green bruno a scare and a rusty shot frazier a tough night but thats it. jumbo did not win either fight! the balls cockel showed against an ATG over shadows jumbo's muscular menace. maybe if they fought after cockell fought marciano jumbo has a chance but otherwise the pedigree is not there.
