    Galento could hit like a truck and had an appearence to match.

    Despite his crude style, it was the unorthodox about him that made him such a hard man to deal with...Just looking at this guy you would never think he could possibly be a professional sportsman but he was a capable contender in his day.

    I see Cockell going down after 10 or 11 in a slugfest....Galento was a fat **** but he was a heavyweight...Cockell was a fat **** who was that way because he went to heavyweight.

    I would say Galento TKO 13 of 15. Cockell was the better boxer but Galento was crazy and hit very hard. Cockell would win his rounds and maybe even be ahead on the score cards but i gotta believe that Galento pulls it out with his tenacity.
