They did have a secret meeting in puerto rico. Maybe Floyd taught Cotto the art of breaking out of your contract with bobby

Does Cotto want anything from floyd, he never has called him out because imo Cotto is really good but quite dim and I think floyd can outsmart cotto EASY

King mentioned 2 possibilities, the other one was Floyd fighting Alexander (if he wins) and the other was THE FIGHT.

I´d love to see Mayweather back in action. I really hate his trash-talk (that´s not his cup of tea, Ali was good with his verbal punches and Haye´s good too, but Mayweather... he´s like impotent in womens sauna, totally useless). But boxing-wise he´s phenomenal.

He could take the Wlad-path and have tune-up with Bradley/Alexander and then take on the Mega-Fight with Pac-Man

Yea, that's why I thought Floyd will fight him last fall, but then all the legal troubles. Just not sure if Arum will feed Cotto to Floyd, if that happens he cant make Pac/Cotto II.

Even though Khan would bring in good money, he needs to stay at 140 too for now. The only credible opponents for Floyd are Cotto, Pacquiao, and Martinez. Other fights that could be fun are Maidana/Floyd and Floyd/Berto but Floyd should pick between Cotto,Pac,and Martinez.

    This will 100% happen.
    (IF Alexander win's that is...)

Devon want's to get paid + Don King has the gift to make it happen.

If Floyd wants to take an easy fight to tuneup, I hope he doesn't fight Alexander.

If Alexander beats bradley which would be a minor upset. A Mayweather/Alexander fight would be a very good match up it would not be the best Mayweather match up. I think Pacquiao if he beats Mosley and Berto would have more apeal to the boxing public.

It also depends on HOW Alexander whoops Bradley. This fight would have credibility if Alexander looks like Mayweather when he whooped Corrales.

Better than not fighting at all, but I rather see the 140lb fighters sort out who's best first. Floyd fighting Cotto is wishful thinking. It'll never happen.
Floyd needs to pursue Pac or Martinez.
