I'm a fan of both fighters, Floyd being my favourite fighter of all time. Floyd definitely has his fair share of blame for this fight not taking place, especially recently. But there can be no doubt that Pacquiao ducked this fight in 2009 when, IMHO, the fight meant the most and was at its peak in terms of interest.
