It seems Don King is still trying like hell to make Tyson Holyfield 3. King will have both Tyson and Holyfield at the upcoming fights this weekend in St. Louis. King and Holyfield have not been on good terms for the last few years. Holyfield accused King and former manager Jim Thomas of stealing from him. Tyson of course has recently reconciled with King. Hmm...

I find it amazing King has not been assassinated, after all the liberties he's taken, all the strokes he's pulled, all the fighters he's taken advantage of, etc?

Holyfield will continue to box, we know that! However, I hope Tyson doesn't buy into any bull**** that King tries to convince him about!

Tyson DOES NOT WANT TO BOX AGAIN!

Anyone got any ideas what kind of size the purse would be for each fighter?

Let's hope and pray that this obscene idea of a third fight between these two never comes to fruition.

If it does happen, I hope no one shows up and Holyfield and Tyson have a glorified sparring session against each other, making money on Don King's expense.

Evander accused Jim Thomas of stealing from him, too? I didn't know that. When did this happen?

If Tyson can make a ripped 225lbs and was trained by either Rooney, Brooks or Giachetti, then i'll still be interested in this fight.

I hope this is a parody of Tyson fans... but since you're a Tyson fan I don't think so.

Hey Pete, i didn't say Tyson would win, in fact i'd favour Holy to take it. However, i think it could potentially be competitive, unlike the one-sided beatdown their 1st meeting was.

I had heard that but Ive been looking on the internet and havent been able to find anything. Maybe I was wrong on that part, but Im sure I heard one of Holys managers was making side deals with King.
King was very good at bribing a fighters attorney or rep to get his way.

Razor Ruddock is set to make his comeback in Oct in a 6 rounder! Hes 46. Bring on the old farts tour, its more exciting than speculating when Mayweather and Pac are not going to fight!

Come on man, Tyson is done. He was done in 2005, and now with 5 years off and being in his 40's he would have lost the little he had then. Holyfield at least has a reasonable level of sharpness for his age, even if he's seriously declined. And for his style, Tyson would be doomed to be fighting at this age.

Anyway, thought your comment was funny because it reiterates a myth to me that if Tyson is with Rooney and 218lbs then nothing bad can happen to him. I don't think Rooney could do anything for him now... really this guy isn't the genius people make him out to be.
