It's official. Mayorga will not fight tonight. According to Sherdog - Mayorga is already signed to fight Felix Sturm for the WBA middleweight title in November!

 

One big waste of time it seems. Mayorga was never dedicated anyway and the fight would have been based around him trying to land big. Seems that Ninja Rua was on the card and maybe some other legit fighters. You got to feel for them.

Why would King go to such lengths to keep this fight from happening? Mayorga is well past it, and King should have tried to squeeze some MMA cash out of him before he dumped him.
