Don can make those guys names,Oner can ring the bell before the round is over so his fighter won't get KOed.See the difference
Solis is going nowhere unless he gets his arse in shape and actually puts some effort in. Gamboa can gain a lot more exposure. I really, really, really, really hope that Rigondeaux turns pro soon.
if king takes them he can make them BIG names, mainly gamboa fighting in the states on bigger cards on a regular basis is exactly what he needs

that was some of the weirdest **** ever. didnt he claim he was telling people to stop the fight but noone listened so he rang the bell?yet in the video you can clearly see him standing about trying to be inconspicuous.......ding ding,round over.
According to some news sources the deal is done. Of course the Don was intersted in the HW and Gamboa in the same pack with Solis. IMO Don King is a very bad choice for Gamboa. He needs Golden Boy or Top Rank or maybe should keep on fighting on Gary Shaw events. Don and HBO is like fire and ice, two very different things and Gamboa is definitely a fighter made for HBO PPV. Also Don's fighters fight very rarely while Gamboa is a guy who's about quick fights with regularity. A fight every 2 months. It's just not the way King is dealing with his stable. He likes putting all his big names on very few big shows. Gamboa has to stay with Gary or sign with Oscar.
