HBO could not get Don King nor Peter to commit, they were disappointed. However, Vitali can force Peter into the ring legally as he is the Emeritus Champion/WBC and it is written. If Vlad were to get a fight with Peter, Don King and Peter would have to sign, not likely. Remember Don King's record. Klitschkos want to fight Peter very badly and Emanuel Steward can't wait either. Emanuel wants Vlad to get this fight but it's all up to Vitali. Vitali will be a nightmare for Peter, styles make fights.
Vitali should be making some sort of an announcement pretty soon, so then we will see. However, if Vitali does not fight Peter, then we must get a petition to the WBC and HBO for this fight, put the pressure on. Also would need to get the IBF and WBO to put a delay on Vlad's mandatories Povetkin and Thompson so the fight can happen. HBO wants this fight, so they should help. Let's get it on!!!!!!! Vitali has a better chin than his bro. Peter is better than b4, but needs to improve his conditioning and defense.
Wlad had his mandatories, so will Peter with the WBC´s constant "must" fights. I don´t see a rematch between Peter and Wlad soon, I´m sorry to say. I think all fans want this fight now, me included. Somehow I see this ending up as Klitscko beeing accused of ducking Peter, which is of course pure nonsense.
