    I'm not exactly sure how it will change boxing, nor if it will even matter. Although Don still promotes a lot of fights, most of the work that had an impact ( positive or negative ), occured during the 70's, 80's and 90's. I'm not so sure that if King died, retired or became incapacitated tomarrow that it would change much. Both the best and the worst of boxing has already come to pass. At this point, we will either see the sport recover, or fade away despite the efforts of the King family.

    well it's not just his legacy but he has opened the world to promote boxing matches and get big big bucks out of it if he dies it doesnt matter there will be another
