Just rented this game for XBOX360 and I gotta say the sensation I get when playing this game is similar to that of a game I used to play when I was a kid. It was called "let's jam a #2 pencil in my dickhole". EVERYBODY who was involved in the production of this travesty should be dragged into an alley, forced to eat their own feces and beaten to death with one of their own limbs. I never thought I would long for the days of Buster Douglas on Sega Genesis.
Well sorry you feel that way, if you took some time to learn how to play you might actually like the game
is it realy that bad. i was going to get an X-BOX 360 just for that game but if it's weak i'll have to rethink how is the controll system is it like fight night or like KO kINGS? or is it something new? is it cheezy ?
The control sheme is pretty much the same button pattern as FN, However the difference in this game is you have to place your shots, you cant just throw and land like you can in fight night. You have to use angels, also you can bust through your opponents gaurd, meaning if he has his hands up and you throw after about two or three good shots his gloves drop leaving him open to score, in FN you can hold your gloves up and block all day, Nothing close to real boxing. it depends on what you want, a Boxing Video game or a Boxing Sim if you want the Video game then FN is your ticket, if you want the sim here you go. I like this game alot and I have had FN and KOK since the first one dropped on the PS1 in 99. So far this game here is a mix of FN 2004 and KOK 2001. but like I said its not a game you can just pick up and expect to learn how to play you have to be paitent and work with it to get the rythem down correctly. Sorry but I totally disagree with everybody who says this game is trash, the truth is they dont have to the paitence or the know how to step outside of the FN relm
keep it for some time so you can learn the game you wont get it all in one or two days play the career mode and forget everything you know about FN.:good
this game is easy, my career ended 37-3 with 35 kos, its not even any good just lean slighty forward to the right and throw a few jabs and hooks to the body :happy not a surprise the makers closed down after this
i too rented out prizefighter and was very disappointed. i found fight night 1 for the ps2 more enjoyable and lookin forward to fnr4. i would encourage any1 lookin at prizefighter not to buy it.
thanks i think'll i'll pick it up unless they are going to bring on to the PS#. do you hav e any info on that?
