Maybe if the Klitschko's got on their knees in front of him he could. Rocky would look like a literal middle weight in there with either of them.

Don't buy that any fighter who fought under the 200 lbs mark could beat them.

Turner isn’t lying. When Marciano got proper leverage he could break anyone in half. I don’t see either Klitschko standing up to the pressure and punishment that Marciano brings to the table.

Harry Matthews, who was around even before Turner also had the pleasure of seeing a lot of the best heavyweights over the years and said the only guy who could get leverage on his punches like Marciano was Mike Tyson himself.

If only we had a Time Machine…

I think Marciano hit very hard. The problem as @MixedMartialLaw said is reaching their chin. Both K bros have more than half a foot in height and close to a foot in reach over the rock. I just don’t see him finding a home for that right even if Wlad did have a fine china mandible.

I’m not doubting the punching power of any man. But I just don’t know how someone can say with conviction that one person is definitely the hardest hitter ever. How is that measured ? Did this guy get hit by literally every hard hitting heavyweight that ever lived ? Seems like the only tangible way to verify it to me. Anyway, I believe Rocky Marciano had the type of punching power that could have potentially hurt any man. Of course all this is assuming that he hit them in exactly the right place at the right time and with the right velocity.. but we could say that about a lot of people

People quote Don Turner on Marciano as if he trained him or sparred with him. He's old, but he's not that old.

Turner says a lot of things.
Andre Ward and Floyd Jnr would just be preliminary boys back in his day.
    Pad work is useless.
Cut Men are a con,an unnecessary expense.
I think he's full of it.

This is getting ridiculous. Marciano is a modern day light heavyweight. Beterbiev enters the ring heavier than Marciano did. And probably hits as hard.

This isn’t taking anything away from Marciano. It’s just that the weight classes have shifted around and comparing him to modern fighters means you have to put him in a modern weight class. Were he here today, we’d be considering how he’d do against the speedy durable Bivol, not being all herp derp he hits harder than Zhang.

He fights out of a crouch to stretch guys out but reaching their chin is the problem?

TBH I think this forum struggles with being in a bubble lead by those who lack critical thinking skills and accept easy answers.

Him big, him small, and nothing else need be considered to any depth.

Fury beat this man with a pivot. Wlad became too confused to do anything because Tyson didn't just go in and out in straight lines. But nothing Marciano does will get Wlad to stand there stupidly looking stupid though. Marciano's the far more cookie cutter boxer who employs techniques basically everyone uses. ... ... ...

But yeah, reach, Marciano don't know anything about it doe.

He does not hit as hard. Let´s not get crazy here; LaStarza needed a arm surgery after the second fight because of how badly hurt his arm was due to Rocky´s punches...

Of course, it is a guess, Magoo. But looking at it, I am always impressed by the sheer heavyness of Rocky´s punches in the Moore fight... how ****ing tough was Moore btw ? My God.
