Well, time will tell, when Vic comes out of the tournament with the ibf belt, he will fight the winner of montiel-donaire, he definantly doesn't duck anyone.

 

Raff, 100% for your confidence and support in Vic, however no one is saying he's ducking.

Your pretty confident to say he'll come out of this tournament with the IBF belt. He's no lay down certainty to beat Abner Mares in my opinion and from what he showed against Barcelona or whatever his name was when he 'won' the IBO belt, it's fair to say he'll want to improve a hell of a lot.

That was a poor performance by Vic's standard's and this tournament he'll want to improve. Personally I think that will be a big ask at Vic's age and stage of his career. I hope I'm wrong.

 

i now no one is accusing him of ducking, i just think hes going to shock everyone. just a hunch. yes i too belive the barcelona fight was a poor effort & age is getting, there, i still believe he has more in the tank & has taken a longer break than he has in the past, i could be completely wrong, but i reckon he will unify the bantams.
