Oh i wasn't aware that Donaire is close to retirement or making 80 million dollars a fight.

    Donaire makes min of 800k
    Floyd makes 40-80 million

I think is safe to say that he doesn't have to fight like a hungry fighter anymore.

i never knew that floyd, when he was 30 to 31, needs to fight once a year already and making millions of dollars as an excuse not to fight actively. bottomline is floyd handpicks his opponents more than donaire does and has 4 fights in the last 5 years while donaire will have his 4th fight this year when he is a top p4p fighter himself.

    1. "a minimum of 800k per fight"

    2. He is not.

Donaire has only been at the weight for, hmm, lets see, less than a calendar year, that's right. And in the time he got "used to the weight," as they say, against two legit top 10 opponents, AND beat the best guy in the division, over he and Rigondeaux both.

But even if I was anti Donaire in this situation, I'd realize that this is not the first time in boxing history than an elite fighter waited for a fight to happen to secure more than 800k, for example?

    3. I don't think a Donaire fight with Mares/Moreno will happen until perhaps one of their contracts expired.

    4. Mijares/Marquez winner sounds great, actually. Guess what? That would be Rigondeaux's best win. He should fight one of those guys.

    5. "Re-match Narvaez." While the first fight was a solid quality victory, I don't know what fights other than that and the Hernan Marquez fight, which looks much better in retrospect, warrant Donaire criticism for facing short fighters.

LOL. U never run out of excuses don't u? For as hard as you hate on Floyd, one would figure that you do this to all but nope just another bias *****.

Just list out Floyd's notable wins to Donaire's and then give urself a slap on the face.

i'm calling on your stupid comment regarding how donaire is worst than floyd in their current opponent's selection. i explained to you that it is not even comparable because floyd is too inactive while donaire lately is very active. so now you want to compare a whole career set?

you are not calling on my BS but i'm calling on yours. here is how it started:

how could donaire be 5x as bad as floyd when doanire has fought 3 times already and could not pick his opponents himself? remember that HBO denied his fight with mijares and wanted mathebula instead. floyd has the luxury of hand-picking his opponents and has fought 4 times for the last 5 years.

Imagine if MAB looked at pacquiao's bum ass resume of east asian nobodies and decided he didn't deserve a shot. Donaire needs to quit ducking Rigo.

5x worse in opponent selection. Like i said list out all the big names. You would stop typing for Donaire real quick.

And Which part do you not understand about floyd not having to fight?

One more time: He makes more money in one fight than multiple boxers whole entire career combine so does he need to fight 3-4 times a year at the tailend of his career? Yes or no.

I mean if you want to come on here EVERYDAY and bash a certain group of fighters, at least make some sense, get ur ducks in a row or no one will take u seriously.

opponent selection? floyd selects his own opponent. donaire has not luxury of doing it full when HBO needs to approve his opponent first. and donaire just fought the #1 ranked superbantam in his division. fought two other ranked superbantamweights this year in vazquez jr. and mathebula.

u think HBO will approve Floyd fighting some no name. :-( like he owns HBO? Donaire wanted to fight Arce but HBO do not want it and no one wants to see that bull crap thats why Hbo will not pay for it and in mexico can't even generate enough money there. Now that is just sad.

Puga. You think Floyd can make 80 million fight Robert Guerruo?

You think HBO will shoot down a potential match of Donaire and Rigo? I know A LOT of boxing fans will pay for that fight. How many will pay for an arce fight? I know you will but ur weird.
