Donaire lost this fight big time. M scored big by running all night.

 

I'd say his power definitely carried up. Just seems to me he is in love with trying to prove it. It seems like he's more into the style of it all as opposed to just focussing on the win. To Mathebula's credit, he fought well and did make a fight of it.

 

I did not get to see this fight, but it seems compubox has fail again and the HBO commentators were being bias again. Even in the Vasquez fight the commentators were just focusing on Nonito. The HBO crew needs to stop doing this and trying to force to the public into believing things. It's been happening a lot as of lately when fights have actually been closer than what it's being scored and portray to be.

 

Watch the fight first please cus when you say Compubox has failed again and HBO Biased again.... well when you see the fight you will see that, the statement you just made you probably shouldnt have.
No gift, No biased in fact IMHO they started to over credit Mathubula, Mathebulas shots had no zip on them none pure arm shots if that I mean my kid sister puts more force behind her shots than this guy does.
He also doesnt turn his shots over, zero snap just an akward tall guy chucking alot of leather you will see when you watch it

 

Who gives a **** if they were arm punches? He was landing cleanly and Donaire was following him around.

Mathebula displayed last night exactly what pitty pat shots are I mean this guy didnt turn them over for **** he couldnt bust a ****ing egg with shots like that sorry but Donaire won this fight clearly clearly won this fight I mean if you could put a power meter on Mathebulas shots from 1-10 honestly they would score a 2 in terms of force

As I stated "It seems" I will be watching the fight tonight and I have feeling that some posters are correct in their opinions:good

 

The shots Mathebula landed last night would not even be considered even in Amateur boxing more than half of his landed shots would have never been scored, cus they just are not real punches you will see.

 

As Paulie the Magic Man said in a past interview with Richardson. All punches hurt, some just hurt more than others. I don't know anyone that says a punch tickles. I kind of agree with Paulie becuase I just got slap on the back by my two year old daughter while I was asleep, and those little hands sting

 

when you see the way this kid throws you probably have an argument with Paulie now, you will officially be able to question Paule, Are you sure all shots hurt?
Thats how little of pop this guy put on the majority of his landed shots, let me put it to you another way, the hard shots he did land, had no more zip than a paulie jab and there were few really hard shots this guy landed
