    montiel ate all z gorres counters when they fought at cebu, so i don't see montiel winning against the faster stronger and sharper nonito donaire

    yep, i saw that fight and i wasn't impressed with montiel at all. if the match between montiel/donaire materializes and montiel shows up and fight donaire the way he did w/ gorres in cebu, honestly imo, he doesn't stand a chance against donaire

    you're right.i don't know why some of the posters here are rooting for montiel against donaire. he just beat an over the hill castillo and he was regarded right away as an elite-level super fly. donaire and mijares can beat him imo

    some people here might be leaning towards montiel because they hate the esb prophet named pacdbest. j/k:yep

    I'm not really impressed with Montiel since I saw him getting schooled by Gorres and getting Kd by some fighter after the Gorres bout. Donaire will win this one by stoppage of any kind. Ill bet all my vcash in this fight.

    I cant see Donaire losing this one. Ill predict a KO left hook.. He wont be able to deal with Donaires speed
